Job summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the Fave FinOps Settlement team for managing daily settlement and recon process. In this role, Candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process of Settlement and Recon for merchant transactions between various Associations like Master, Visa, Aggregator, reseller, Market Perform daily financial transactions like verifying, calculating, reconciling and settling transactions Reconcile payments towards funds receivable and payables Reconcile clearing file and highlight issues with corrective action Follow-up with partners for payment receivable & payables proactively Ensure payouts are as per RBI guidelines and within allowed TAT Respond and resolve settlement disputes raised by partner Create and implement SOPs for settlement, reconciliation and month-end processes Analyze and report any non-compliant/suspect transactions Assist in developing technology solutions for enabling better reconciliations & settlements

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 1 year experience in reconciling daily settlement records for a fintech company handling at least 1,000 transactions per day
• Must know how the reconciliation-settlements work for payments and be able to hit the ground running from day-1
• Ability to identify errors for charges calculated, funds receivable and payable
• Ability to work towards deadlines while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work with external partners to resolve settlement disputes, funds payable and receivable
• High level of attention to financial details
• Good verbal communication skills
• Aspiration to take on more responsibility by working in a fast growing firm
