Senior / Associate - Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

We are hiring for Transaction Advisory Services / Financial Due Diligence (FDD) opportunities with a leading global accounting & advisory firm.

Location: Gurugram / Bengaluru

Positions: Associate & Senior Associate

Qualification: CA / CA Inter

Open Positions:

Associate | 6 months – 1 Year Experience

• Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services

Senior Associate | 3+ Years Experience

• Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial due diligence on middle-market companies across various industries

• Perform analytical reviews of financial data and prepare findings

• Analyze recurring earnings, revenue and cost drivers

• Review balance sheet exposures and identify key financial insights

• Prepare Databooks and draft reports for management review

• Research and address issues arising during engagements

• Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in transaction engagements

• Work collaboratively with team members while managing multiple priorities

• Senior Associates will also support and train Associates

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory Services

• Exposure to Buy-side & Sell-side Due Diligence

• Understanding of Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis

• Strong financial analysis and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent research and problem-solving abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good organizational and project-management skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
