Job Description

Steadfast Business Consulting LLP (SBC) is looking for a Senior Associate – Finance & Compliance to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 2–6 Years

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Mandatory)
  • Good Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Graduate, MBA, M.Com, Semi-Qualified CA/CMA, or equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Handle reconciliations, payments, and banking operations
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
  • Support GST and tax compliance activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors
