Senior Associate - Finance & Accounts

Your Role:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts professional (CA) who will play a key role in strengthening our finance function and building robust, scalable processes.

This role involves end-to-end responsibility for book closure, financial reporting, and continuous improvement of finance systems and processes. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant who enjoys working with numbers, designing better workflows, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Book Closing & Accounting Accuracy
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of ledgers, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of financial data.
• Support data-driven decision-making through reliable and well-structured reporting.
• Finance Process Improvement & System Design
• Review existing accounting and reporting workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement finance process improvements for scalability, control, and speed.
• Work on enhancements in financial systems and integrations to improve data flow, accuracy, and reporting reliability.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need:

• 0-4 years of experience in accounting and FR, preferably in a high-growth or multi-entity environment.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes, and audit coordination.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or SAP.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort handling large datasets and reconciliation logic.
• An eye for detail, structured thinking, and strong documentation skills.
• A self-starter attitude with a sense of ownership, accuracy, and urgency.
