Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Senior Associate – Field Operations. The role involves managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders, and addressing challenges faced by field service professionals. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, improving operational efficiency, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations and Analytical Skills to monitor performance metrics and improve processes
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to address customer concerns and maintain service quality
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovative solutions
- Proficiency in using tools to analyze data and manage workflows
- 2-4 years of experience in field operations or related domains is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
