Position Overview:

Function: FDM – Front Door Management

This role is under the Global Vendor Management function in which person shall be looking contracts/SOW's/MSA's.

• Should have hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management and reviewing of Contract Terms.
• Gathering requirements for scope of work – work with suppliers to obtain custom quotes within required timeframes.
• Validation of compliance with MSA and SOW Contract Terms
• Detail Oriented to support inventory analysis and renewal of baselines and new services.
• Manage Supplier Inquires
• Manage Client Deliverables – that may be unique based on deal requirements.
• Project Support
• Prepare Client Reporting information and summary development.
• Understand the business requirements into specific deliverables from a GVM support standpoint.
• Work across functions to ensure deliverables are completed within stated timelines and with accuracy.
• Attend meetings and kick off calls with stakeholders as needed.
• Need to be able to cross-train on internal and partner tools, systems, and products.
• Participate in training to stay current on existing products/tools.
• Responsible for tracking performance Analytics & publishing Dashboard

• Be results-oriented and driven, should be able to navigate internally within the systems and tools to ensure deliverables are met.
• Display a proven ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent MS-Excel/MS Office suit knowledge
