▪ Strategic & Commercial Finance: Strong FP&A expertise with substantial experience in revenue-side P&L, business performance, and financial decision-making.

▪ Executive Business Partnering: Experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders and senior leadership, with the ability to communicate insights and influence strategic decisions.

▪ Transformation & Process Excellence: A track record of improving financial processes, driving transformation, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

▪ Future-Ready Finance: Broader exposure to strategy and AI initiatives, alongside strong financial fundamentals.

Role essentials

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Senior individual-contributor position
• Reporting to senior finance leadership
• UK business-hours overlap: 1 PM–11 PM IST
• Hybrid work model | Whitefield, Bengaluru
