The Token team within NAS works to deliver tokenization solutions to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks and adapt to local market needs while ensuring continued global interoperability.This enables the Enterprise to attract new customers, operate in new markets, react to changing regulatory demands, and process new/emerging types of payments. Reporting to the Director of Token Product Delivery, you will partner with business stakeholders and technologies team to envision and deliver network and enterprise priorities.
Product ownership and delivery for the India token capabilities to fulfil and meet the RBI regulatory standards set for networks for secure transaction processing.
Actively participate in all required cadence based SAFe agile ceremonies like daily stand ups, sprint planning, feature refinement, solution refinement, program increment planning (PI planning), show and tell, retrospectives, etc. to lead engineering scrum teams for product feature development
Project analysis for use case impacts including planning and coordinating day-to-day activities
Effectively manage projects, develop project plans, track project status, and ensure timely completion of projects
Develop Spreadsheets, Power Point Presentations, and Process Maps to document requirements for engineering team
Quickly grasp complex concepts required to manage projects and effectively communicate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders within and outside the program to ensure smooth delivery of results
Prior Product Ownership experience is highly desired
Prior experience working directly with an engineering team is good to have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of flexibility with the ability to absorb new information and adapt to change quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical details in simple, easy to understand manner
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with at all organizational levels
Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (2+ years)
Experience / Understanding / Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Project Management or Agile Software Development Methodology is a plus.
