Senior Associate (Digital Assets)

We are looking for an experienced Crypto Operations professional with strong expertise in trading operations, reconciliations, cash & collateral management, and settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily trade, position, cash, and transaction reconciliations, investigate breaks, and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate cash, collateral, and asset movements across trading venues and banking partners.
• Manage and support settlement activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Crypto/Cryptocurrency Operations is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of trading operations, reconciliations, settlement, cash, and collateral management.
• Hands-on experience with trade, position, cash, and transaction reconciliation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF/conditional statements, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
