Job Description

Basic Functions/Job Responsibility

Support in end-to-end delivery of learning programs, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Develop and manage relationships with industry partners, academic stakeholders and vendors to enable program implementation.
Ensure curricula and learning resources are competency-aligned and suitable for both digital and classroom delivery.
Oversee program-level content readiness and instructional quality.
Manage the content production lifecycle: storyboarding, instructional design checks, quality assurance.
Coordinate partner enablement and readiness activities to support effective delivery.
Track program performance, compliance and key metrics; escalate risks and issues to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement using learner and partner feedback to enhance program impact.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science.
35 years experience in skilling/edtech/content development, program management or industry partnerships with demonstrable end-to-end program delivery.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and the digital skills ecosystem.
Practical familiarity with national skilling frameworks and digital learning platforms/LMS.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Solid project management skills (timelines, trackers, basic budget awareness) and comfort with Excel/Sheets-based reporting.
Results-oriented ownership mindset and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
