About the Role

We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Senior Associate – Demand Generation to support and scale our growth marketing efforts across India, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. This role involves managing paid marketing campaigns, executing lifecycle communication journeys, and contributing to pipeline generation through performance-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand B2B marketing fundamentals, be comfortable working with data and campaign metrics, and possess strong communication and writing skills. We are looking for someone who is curious, experimental, and comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to improve campaign execution, research, content creation, reporting, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Marketing & Campaign Execution

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

○ Google Ads

○ LinkedIn Ads

○ Meta Ads

● Support lead generation and pipeline creation initiatives across India, Middle East, and SEA markets

● Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS

● Work with internal teams for landing page coordination, creative execution, and campaign launches

● Assist in audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

● Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns across different funnel stages

● Build nurture journeys for inbound and outbound leads

● Write compelling campaign copy with strong CTAs

● Improve engagement metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

● Support webinar, event, product, and content promotion campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

● Track campaign performance and generate regular reports

● Maintain campaign hygiene including UTM tracking and attribution

● Use analytics tools and CRM platforms to understand funnel performance

● Identify areas for optimization and experimentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Work closely with content, design, sales, and product marketing teams

● Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution

● Contribute ideas for new growth experiments and campaign formats

What We're Looking For

● 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Meta Ads

● Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation funnels

● Good writing and communication skills

● Analytical mindset with comfort around campaign metrics and reporting

● Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation workflows

● Comfortable using AI tools for productivity, research, content creation, and campaign execution

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
