Role Description: Mid Salesforce Developer
- Design, build, and maintain complex Apex services, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and event driven / API based integrations with a strong focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop integrations with corporate applications and custom microservices using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions.
- Optimize Apex, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and integrations to ensure performance, governor limit safety, and scalability.
- Build reusable LWCs supporting sales analytics, approval workflows, guided selling, and GTM user experiences.
- Perform root cause analysis on high impact GTM and sales system issues, driving durable fixes.
- Refactor and modernize legacy Apex, Flows, and automation to improve reliability, observability, and long term maintainability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data models, sequence diagrams, integration specifications, and release notes.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce leads, Sr Developers and Product Managers on Salesforce Design and Delivery.
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
- Hands on experience with Apex, Lightning (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Hands‑on experience with SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs, including API design, development, and management.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and Sales/Service cloud
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (Copado, Git‑based flows, or similar)
- Experience working with middleware products for integration
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile based development environment
- Self-driven and ability to handle handles ambiguity and escalations.
- Excellent Stakeholder communication (Written/verbal). Ability to translate business outcomes into technical direction, set expectations and tradeoffs clearly.
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce PD1 certification
- Business Experience: 3-7 Years of experience.
