Senior Associate/Delivery Lead-TRPM

We are seeking a meticulous Delivery Lead to support onboarding of law firms onto your network, plus intake processes, clause taxonomy, KPIs, data governance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end‑to‑end law firm onboarding (KYC/OFAC, conflicts, InfoSec reviews, guidelines).

- Maintain Archer TPRM records: risk scoring, tiering, issue closure, reassessments.

- Coordinate cross‑functional due diligence (InfoSec, Compliance, Privacy, Procurement).

- Build and manage clause taxonomy for legal agreements with approvals and fallbacks.

- Track panel KPIs (utilisation, rates, diversity, billing, SLAs, cycle times).

- Ensure data governance across systems; reconcile vendor data and reporting.

- Drive reporting, audits, and process automation using Archer workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB),Masters In Law(LLM), Business, Risk Management or equivalent.
• Mor than 4 years of experience
• Excellent business communication – written and verbal English.

Shift Timings-1:30 pm to 10:30 pm
