As a Senior Associate Customer Success, you will play a key role in ensuring customers derive maximum value from the Kenverse platform. You will manage customer relationships across the solution lifecycle, drive product adoption, and act as a trusted partner to our clients.
The Customer Success team is instrumental in building customer confidence throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving long-term customer success. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, sales, services, and support teams to solve customer problems, strengthen relationships, and ensure the seamless operation of Kenverse solutions.
