Senior Associate CRM

We are looking for Senior Associate – CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Dynamics 365 CE solutions using tools (C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform SDK) where low-code/config alone can't meet the requirement.

1. Role Summary

Builds and extends Dynamics 365 CE solutions using tools (C#, JavaScript/TypeScript,

Power Platform SDK) where low-code/config alone can't meet the requirement. Owns

technical design for plugins, integrations, and custom UI components; participates in

ALM/DevOps for the platform.

2. Core Responsibilities

A. Extend the Platform

• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs (C#, Dataverse SDK)

• Build client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript) for forms, ribbons, business rules beyond OOB capability

• Develop PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls for custom UX

B. Integrate

• Build integrations via Web API (REST/OData), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus

• Handle data migration/sync (SSIS + Kingsway soft, or Azure Data Factory)

• Design authentication patterns (OAuth, service principals) for external system connections

C. Application Lifecycle Management

• Manage solutions, source control (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines for Dataverse deployments

• Environment strategy (dev/test/UAT/prod), managed vs. unmanaged solutions

• Performance troubleshooting (plugin trace logs, throttling, query optimization)

3. Required Technical Skills (must-have)

Languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML

Platform: Dataverse SDK, Power Platform CLI, Model driven apps

Automation: Power Automate (cloud flows), custom workflow activities

Integration: RESTful Web APIs, JSON Tooling Visual Studio / VS Code, Azure DevOps (repos + pipelines) Cloud

Microsoft Azure: (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus — at least one)

4. Nice-to-Have

• PCF component development

• Field Service or Customer Service module experience

• Power Pages

• AI Builder / Copilot Studio extensions

• Exposure to F&O or Business Central integration touchpoints (useful for

OwlSure's cross-workstream projects)

5. Certification

• PL-400 (Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) — preferred, not mandatory.
