Job Purpose

This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer CRM / DealCloud as the system of record for all Investor Relations
  • Maintain accurate investor, contact, and fund data, ensuring proper linkage across funds, commitments
  • Manage CRM / DealCloud fundraising pipelines, including stages, dashboards, and tracking of investor engagement, status, commitments, and closings
  • Prepare and maintain investor lists, segments, and views to support day-to-day outreach, meetings, and follow-ups by the IR team
  • Support ongoing IR activities by monitoring pipeline movements, chasing data completeness and ensure timely updates
  • Process routine IR team request for investor information, history and reporting from CRM / DealCloud
  • Ensure high data quality and governance, including de-duplication, standardization, and periodic data audits
  • Track and document all investor interactions (meetings, calls, emails, outreach) within CRM / DealCloud
  • Produce standard and ad-hoc CRM/ DealCloud reports for IR leadership and management
  • Drive process improvement and automation to reduce manual tracking outside CRM / DealCloud
  • Support IR team members to ensure consistent, disciplined, and effective use of CRM / DealCloud
  • Provide the Operations team with maintenance and support on DealCloud
  • Support the Operations team on other ad hoc data requests and CRM clean-up exercises

Key Competencies:

  • Experience of 2-5 years in deal sourcing, creating company profiles, target screening, industry research, and benchmarking
  • Graduate or MBA or other Post-Graduate or Professional Degree from a reputed Institute
  • Good understanding of all three financial statements
  • Good to have experience of working on PowerBI
  • Knowledge of strategic research, financial statements and deal sourcing related workstreams
  • Knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Ability to take complete ownership and deliver the projects as per client requirements and timeline
  • Proficiency in using databases including Pitchbook, Capital IQ/Pro, Factiva, MergerMarket etc.
