We are hiring experienced Credentialing Specialists. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing in compliance with NCQA, Joint Commission, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform primary source verification (education, training, board certification, licensure, sanctions, malpractice history, etc.).
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive payer enrollment applications, follow up via phone/email, and resolve enrollment rejections.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external credentialing contacts to meet delegation and turnaround-time SLAs.
- Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex credentialing issues.
- Ensure complete, audit-ready credentialing files at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 2 years of hands-on provider credentialing experience in the US RCM/KPO industry.
- Expert-level knowledge of CAQH (registration, attestation, re-attestation, document uploads).
- Strong understanding of provider enrollment with commercial payers and government programs.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, internet research, and documentation.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with clear phone etiquette for payer follow-ups.
- Ready to work fixed US night shift.
