The Team

Our Corporate Finance team has a strong track record of delivering impactful outcomes for clients — from founders and entrepreneurs to financial investors and market-leading corporations across all industries, globally. We advise clients through the full spectrum of transactions: selling businesses (sell-side M&A), acquiring assets or businesses (buy-side M&A), raising capital, and navigating restructuring situations. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our team, with a particular focus on the US, DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), Middle East, Consumer, Business Services and Tech, and are looking for talented, ambitious Senior Associates to join us.

Key Services -

  • Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory — advising on both sell-side (business sales) and buy-side (acquisitions) transactions
  • Capital Raising Advisory — debt and equity fundraising across the capital structure
  • Strategic & Commercial Advisory — supporting clients on strategic options, valuation, and transaction structuring

  • Supporting origination and pitch preparation, including pitch documents and positioning materials
  • Preparing the information request list (IRL) to gather data from the client
  • Drafting the information memorandum (IM), including company overview, industry overview, and investment thesis
  • Coordinating buyer outreach, data room management, and negotiation
  • Buy-side M&A
  • Identifying and screening acquisition targets, including origination and market mapping
  • Reviewing seller-prepared materials (outside-in IM review) to identify key risks and diligence priorities
  • Preparing questions for management sessions and coordinating due diligence
  • Assessing target exit-readiness as part of the client's forward-looking investment thesis
  • Across all projects:
  • Financial modelling and valuation, including comparable company analysis, DCF, and LBO
  • Assisting the project lead in day-to-day execution of live transactions
  • Liaising with other advisors and stakeholders throughout the deal process

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of M&A experience (any subsector), with the drive to be part of a team with ambitious growth plans
  • A hands-on approach to execution, with the ability to work across at least 2 live deals or pitches simultaneously
  • Financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to build and stress-test models independently
  • Strong organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt across engagement types and work environments
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, with a track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike
