About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Copywriter who is deeply passionate about brand storytelling and big ideas. This role is for someone who doesn't just write well, but thinks in concepts, contributes to campaign ideation, and carries ideas through to execution.

The ideal candidate has experience working on brand campaigns (not just tactical media copy), thrives in fast-moving environments, and is excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful. They are curious, proactive, and eager to push creative boundaries.

Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Ideation & Concept Development

• Contribute to brainstorming and development of brand campaigns and big ideas.
• Build strong, narrative-led concepts across product launches, building launches, events, and business initiatives.
• Translate campaign ideas into cohesive messaging across formats and touchpoints.

Multi-Platform Copywriting

• Write copy across digital, social, performance media, UI/UX, OOH, print, sales collateral, and more.
• Develop scripts for films, launch videos, and event narratives.
• Craft emailers, newsletters, landing pages, and user journeys with clarity and personality.
• Ensure consistency in voice and tone across all brand communication.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with designers, performance teams, product, sales, and community teams to bring ideas to life.
• Coordinate with agencies and creative partners where required.
• Manage projects independently
• Maintain quality and consistency across deliverables while meeting tight timelines.

Creative Contribution

• Proactively pitch fresh ideas and new formats.
• Stay updated on trends, creative work, and emerging storytelling formats.
• Think beyond the brief and bring out-of-the-box thinking to everyday communication.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in brand copywriting within an agency or brand team.
• Portfolio showcasing concept-driven campaigns and strong storytelling.
• Ability to think beyond formats and contribute to campaign ideas.
• Strong command over long-form and short-form writing, across multiple platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Agency experience mandatory
