About the Role:
We're looking for a content-first thinker who loves going deep: someone who can create
insightful, high-quality long-form content and use AI as a creative multiplier, not a shortcut.
If you enjoy building narratives, exploring ideas, and shipping thoughtful content spikes, this
role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Long-Form Content (Primary Focus)
Own creation of:
-Blogs, deep-dives, and SEO-led articles
-Case studies and customer narratives
Turn insights into compelling, structured stories
Build content that drives authority, trust, and discovery
2. Content Spikes & Narrative Moments
Lead content during:
-Product launches
-Campaigns
-Cultural or category moments
Create sharp, high-impact content spikes that people want to read and share
Bring original thinking
3. AI-Native Content Creation (Mandatory)
Use AI tools deeply across the workflow:
-Research and idea generation
-Structuring and outlining
-Iteration and refinement
Build repeatable systems to produce better content faster
Constantly experiment with new AI tools and formats
4. Copywriting (Secondary, but Important)
Write clean, effective copy for:
-Landing pages
-Emails and CRM journeys
-Campaign hooks and messaging
Ensure consistency between long-form narratives and short-form copy
5. Content Strategy & Distribution Thinking
Work with marketing to identify:
-What to say
-Why it matters
-Where it should live
Repurpose long-form into multiple formats (social, snippets, scripts)
What We're Looking For:
25 years of experience in content, editorial, or storytelling roles
Strong long-form writing ability (this is non-negotiable)
Clear thinking and ability to form opinions, not just summarize
Deep interest in using AI for content creation (must-have)
Ability to structure messy ideas into clear narratives
Must-Haves:
You enjoy writing long-form content (not just social media posts)
You actively use AI tools and are excited by them
You think in ideas, narratives, and angles not just execution
You can balance depth with clarity
Good to Have:
Experience in consumer tech / mobility / D2C brands
SEO understanding
