Key Responsibilities :

  • Instructional Editing – Edit clear, step-by-step training videos that explain mechanical and electrical processes related to our vehicles.
  • Technical Filming – Shoot simple instructional videos when required, with a good understanding of camera setup, framing, lighting, audio, and equipment handling.
  • Instructional Direction – Plan the flow of a technical video, guide technicians or engineers during the shoot, and ensure every important step is captured clearly.
  • Visual Clarity – Ensure each video is easy to follow visually, using callouts, overlays, text, and tight edit logic where necessary.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams – Work closely with engineers, service leads, and technicians to understand the content and present it accurately.
  • Structure & Consistency – Help define the video formatting system, templates, and tone for internal content to maintain consistency across the training library.
  • Basic Motion Graphics – Add titles, pointers, and diagrams where required to improve understanding of complex instructions.
  • Asset Management – Maintain an organized archive of edits, footage, and rendered outputs for easy access and updates. 
  • Ideal Candidate :

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in video editing or content creation.
  • Prior experience in technical, instructional, explainer, training, or how-to videos.
  • Experience in shooting simple videos independently when required.
  • Understanding in basic camera equipment, framing, lighting, and sound.
  • Should be comfortable working with engineers, technicians, and service teams.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Prior experience in After Effects, Motion, or similar tools for basic overlays, callouts, and diagrams.
  • You can work independently and manage multiple edits or shoots.
  • Bonus points if you've worked on engineering content, product training, service videos, or internal learning material.
