Job Description:
Indegene is seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to support pharma brand teams in driving efficient Content Transformation and Modular Content Delivery.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Content Module Cards, modular content ecosystems, and digital content operations within the pharmaceutical domain. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational understanding of content workflows, and the ability to drive value through scalable content modularisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for pharma brand stakeholders.
Build strong, consultative relationships to understand business goals and content needs.
Drive alignment between brand teams and internal content production teams.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
Modular Content & Content Transformation:
Lead and manage Content Module Card development and deployment across brands.
Drive content transformation initiatives (global-to-local adaptation, repurposing, modularization).
Ensure content assets are reusable, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) teams to streamline approvals.
Operational Excellence:
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and SLAs to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in content workflows.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.
Support adoption of content hubs and centralized content ecosystems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with creative, production, medical, and technology teams.
Ensure seamless execution from strategy to deployment.
Facilitate weekly governance calls and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
35 years of experience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare marketing, account management.
Ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations based on client or internal requirements
Strong experience in Content Module Cards and modular content strategy.
Understanding of pharma regulatory frameworks and MLR processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Veeva Vault / PromoMats or similar content management platforms.
Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and omnichannel engagement models.
Prior experience in content operations, brand servicing, or digital project management within pharma.
