We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Associate Consultant (MBA- Experienced) to join our growing Analytics team. As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making for our clients by leveraging advanced analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence tools. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, design analytics strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Consulting:
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, define analytics objectives, and develop tailored data-driven solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on in-depth data analysis to optimize business performance and decision-making.
- Communicate insights and findings effectively to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Advanced Analytics & Tools Proficiency:
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or SAS for data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms for effective data visualization.
- Work with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to develop scalable analytics solutions.
3. Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to extract valuable business insights.
- Identify patterns, trends, and key drivers from large datasets to support business decisions.
- Present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
4. Project Management & Execution:
- Lead and manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop project roadmaps, set milestones, and track execution while managing risks and dependencies.
- Ensure that all analytics solutions align with client expectations, business objectives, and industry best practices.
5. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, and domain experts.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Share best practices and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives within the analytics team.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics, AI, and business intelligence to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Proactively explore and implement new methodologies and tools to drive business transformation.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership and innovative data-driven strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA, with a strong foundation in analytics, strategy, or consulting.
- 2+ years of post-MBA experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business consulting.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience in handling large datasets.
- Strong expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and AI-driven analytics is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
