Job Description:
- 5 to 10 years of hands on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex SOQL Lightning Web Components and Salesforce lightning Flows
- Experience working with Sales Cloud Service Cloud Financial Services Cloud Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling security user access and governor limits
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third party systems
- Familiarity with version control systems Git and CI CD processes
- Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones
- Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Visualforce and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation
- Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team
- Need to solution independently and guide the full scrum team follow the truist process and implement required solutions
- Work closely with product team
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate with business analysts Salesforce Administrators and global stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST SOAP APIs middleware and platform events
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits security best practices and performance standards
- Write unit tests conduct code reviews and ensure high test coverage and code quality
- Support production releases troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing enhancements
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand ups and retrospectives
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements
- Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption
Technical Requirements:
- 4 to 20 years of hands on Salesforce development experience
