Required Qualification and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience post completion of graduation or 1-2 years of experience post master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with psychometrics, talent assessment frameworks, and HR analytics is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboarding tools.
  • Strong knowledge of R (experience with Python is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data visualization best practice.Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

JOB OVERVIEW

You will be part of Aon's Assessment Solutions Consulting team and will partner closely with consultants to deliver data-driven insights for clients to enhance talent assessment processes and deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analyses to support talent assessment initiatives, including norm analysis and scoring verification.
  • Data Modeling & Programming: Utilize R (and preferably Python) for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of assessment scoring and related analytics outputs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Assessment Design and Analytics team to provide actionable insights and support client deliverables.
  • Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics methodologies and tools within the talent assessment domain
