Key Responsibilities
PF & Employee Benefit Compliance
- Manage PF queries and ensure quality and timely responses.
- Maintain a tracker of all PF requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with PF offices, vendors, and statutory consultants for name changes, ECR submission, partial withdrawals, pension, and international worker compliance.
- Represent the company during PF inspections and manage audit documentation.
- Maintain a repository of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance registration/renewal documents.
Statutory Compliance Operations
- Handle employee grievances related to exit processes and statutory benefits.
- Ensure registration and renewal of CLRA, Shop Establishment, Trade License, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund as applicable.
- Track timely submission of all statutory returns under various Labour Laws.
- Monitor vendor compliance and follow up to ensure timely adherence.
- Prepare compliance reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage Compliance Portal and Apprentice NAPs/NATs portal activities.
Process Improvement & Team Management
- Identify gaps in current compliance processes and implement first-time right procedures.
- Monitor consultant performance standards and drive consistent improvement.
- Ensure smooth operational functioning of the compliance team.
