Job DescriptionRole Summary: -
This role supports the North America Commercial Operations team by ensuring efficient execution of commercial processes, managing customer claims and returns, driving automation initiatives, and delivering commercial analytics. The position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and customers to protect revenue, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

QualificationsQualification MBA/CA with 2 years of experience.
Skills & Competencies
SAP knowledge, MS-Office, Advanced excel etc. VISTEX system knowledge is an add advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across geographies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Process improvement and automation mindset
