About COE

M S K As COE Practice supports Firms client serving Assurance teams with performing testing procedures including substantive and controls testing, vouching, verification etc. across industry sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, information technology etc.

Firms COE enables its client serving Assurance teams to meet their requirements. As part of our COE Team, you would be the main point of contact for the tasks assigned by the client serving assurance teams and be responsible for test of controls, substantive testing etc. Also, you will be responsible for maintaining the timeliness and quality of deliverables along with managing day to day operations of those engagements.

  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and should be able to practically apply these concepts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong Project Management.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure under stringent deadlines.

Department- Centre of Excellence (COE)

Reporting Manager - Delivery Head

Experience -

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of post qualification experience in Assurance function / Shared Service environment from a reputed entity. Candidate should have sound technical knowledge of accounting standards (IGAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS), Companies Act, etc. and should be able to practically apply these concepts.

Qualification - Qualified Chartered Accountant, Diploma in IFRS / Certification course on Ind-AS would be an added advantage.

  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and should be able to practically apply these concepts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong Project Management.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure under stringent deadlines.
  • Should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to manage team and interact with the team.
  • Proficiency in MS office and Outlook

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Firms Methodology while performing reviews of work performed by Analyst / Sr. Analyst
  • Ensure day-to-day delivery of support services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with Firm methodology as well as regulatory requirements
  • Manage and supervise junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures
  • Should demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Accounting standards
  • Act as a SPOC for the COE with the Teams in terms of data flow, communication, co-ordination and discussions
  • Proactively taking up full responsibility of documentation and guiding/monitoring junior resources of the team.
  • Support Team Leads in Project Management, preparing status updates etc
