About the role
Senior Associate- Clubcard Operations Optimization
You will be responsible for
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing Tesco Clubcard Statement processes end-to-end, leveraging data analysis to identify 
trends, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer statements. The role involves 
driving continuous improvement initiatives, mitigating risks, and supporting cost-reduction projects across the 
Clubcard network.
In this job, I am accountable for:
 - Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Clubcard, Online and Marketplace processes 
- Own Clubcard Statement for all Tesco customers and manage critical paths, meeting schedules, and documentation.
- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI s
-  Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work for self and team.
- Supporting Managers in expanding the Clubcard Statement while utilizing data analysis to identify trends, meet KPI 
targets, and drive improvements across all depots
- Identify process gaps and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and improve overall effectiveness.
- Identify oppurtuntiies and work on projects to reduce operating cost in Clubcard Network and stay up to date with 
Business
- Assist the team in planning delivery of clubcard statements
- Responsible for quality checks on all processes related to clubacrad and ensure the quarterly staements are 100% 
accurate and meet timeliness as per clubcard statement plans.

Experience relevant for this job:
- Proficient in SQL, VBA, Hive, Python Tableu and 
- Any Graduate with 3 to 5 Year of Experience of 
Alteryx  
working with Online content systems.
- Excellent problem solving skills translating complex 
-Worked on large data set
issues into clear and actionable frameworks
-Building relationships with stakeholders    
- Strong written and verbal communication, ability to
