Role Summa
ry
Oversee daily administration of tax filings for assigned legal entities including distributions of tax remittances according to tax jurisdiction guidelines. Manage client delivery across Tax filing Shared Services and work to mitigate escalations. Respond to Client and Client Team inquiri
es.
Roles and Responsibili

Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go
lives Performs audits, analysis data, reconcile and balance payroll tax results, for all on and off cycle processing's and adjustment
runs Reviews all variances through investigation and resolution processes, completes root cause analysis as required, and recommends intervention procedures and communicates vari
ances Analyses Tax Profiles (including registration processes and
POAs) Completes company/client setups in Tax Sy
stems Participates in client testing (either new clients or proj
ects) Analyses compliance i
ssues Analyses internal processes, methods, and procedures to ensure appropriate audit controls are in place and being fol
lowed Communicates regularly with various payroll processing teams to resolve escalation issues and to share lessons learned to optimize service del
ivery Build good relationships with all lines of businesses where approp
riate Participates in projects and activities as needed and ass
igned Ability to make timely and complex recommendations using technology, accounting theory and me
thods Research and resolution of all unexpected errors and or changes in Agency proce
