We are looking for a Senior Associate Campaign Manager who can independently lead end-to-end social media campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and drive measurable client outcomes.
Role Overview
The Senior Associate Campaign Manager is responsible for owning and managing social media campaigns from strategy to execution. This role requires a strong balance of planning, operational excellence, and client management. You will lead campaign delivery, coordinate internal teams, and ensure that campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with performance goals.
You will act as the primary campaign owner ensuring seamless translation of strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end management of social media campaigns
- Translate campaign strategy into actionable execution plans
- Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and timelines
- Ensure quality and consistency across all campaign assets
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with creative, content, and performance teams
- Allocate tasks and monitor execution progress
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain alignment between teams and campaign objectives
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related communication
- Present campaign plans, updates, and performance reports
- Manage client feedback and expectations effectively
- Build long-term client relationships
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track campaign KPIs and performance metrics
- Analyze results and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams on scaling strategies
- Prepare structured performance reports and insights
Process & Quality Management
- Establish campaign workflows and best practices
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Continuously improve execution efficiency
- Mentor junior team members when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 47 years of experience in social media campaign management
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and formats
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in an agency environment is highly preferred
