Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you will be actively involved in:
- Handling GST litigation matters including SCNs, audits, and appeals
- Drafting replies, representations, and legal submissions
- Conducting legal research on GST law, notifications, circulars & case laws
- Assisting in departmental proceedings and hearings
- Reviewing GST compliances from a litigation-risk perspective
- Client coordination and technical advisory
Skills Required
CA / Law Graduate / CMA / CS
- 2–4 years of practical GST / Indirect Tax experience
- Prior experience in a CA firm or tax consultancy
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal interpretation skills
- Serious interest in GST litigation and advisory
- Based in Kolkata or willing to work from Kolkata
