Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance and wealth management business growth within the branch.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational risk guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their professional capabilities and career progression.
- Resolve customer escalations effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in branch management or leading sales teams within the consumer banking sector.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, wealth management, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting business targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant professional certifications in financial planning or wealth management are highly advantageous.
