Experience 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, dealing with tax compliances of overseas countries.

Qualification CA or Equivalent BCom or equivalent

Core Tax Role & responsibilities:

Execution

  • Researching and understand the regulatory and tax framework of the overseas countries
  • Facilitate and manage the preparation, review and filing of applicable tax compliances in overseas countries
  • Project management; monitoring global tax and transfer pricing compliance status; updating the client
  • Maintaining billing and receivable records for clients and maintaining business tracker
  • Adept to using the technology platforms to complement deliveries
  • Work closely with the tax technology team to develop technology platform relevant to service line

Thought Leadership

  • Monitor tax law developments in the concerned countries
  • Assist in preparing updates, news-letters, slide decks etc on a periodic basis on the global developments

Business Development:

  • Assisting in preparing standard pitch packs and marketing materials
  • Assisting in preparing presentations for clients and proposal documents

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working on delivering tax compliances from India for overseas countries
  • Reasonable knowledge of Indian Transfer Pricing provisions, Foreign exchange, Corporate Laws, GST, Accounting Standards etc
  • Willingness to carry out research and develop knowledge through independent self-reading
  • Focused at in-depth technical research and reading
  • Experience of using International tax research databases
  • Should have disciplined approach to work; be responsible/take ownership; be a team player
