Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to optimize performance for the Global Hotel and Car Rental business.
- Manage daily marketing operations, including campaign optimization and task execution via scalable tools and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify datasets to assist with campaign automations
- Analyze data insights and lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance online presence and booking conversions.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and implement best practices for continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related disciplines.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
- Experience in data analysis and familiarity with tools like BigQuery (a plus).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive approach to gaining new skills in marketing and SEM.
