Senior Associate / Associate - Financial Due Dilligence (CA / CA Fresher) - Gurgaon

About the Role:

Spectral Consultants is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Associate to join our Bangalore team. This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging financial due diligence and M&A engagements across diverse industries while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute financial due diligence assignments for mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.
• Evaluate working capital, net debt, cash flows, and other critical financial metrics.
• Identify financial, operational, and commercial risks and present key findings.
• Prepare due diligence reports, databooks, financial analyses, and other client deliverables.
• Support senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
• Manage multiple engagements while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) /CA Inter/CA Freshers who have done their articleship in FDD
• Minimum 1-3+ year of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) or Financial Due Diligence.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
