This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President in Marketing & Communications, located in Pune. The individual in this role will develop, implement, and oversee marketing and communication strategies to promote the organization's services and brand. Responsibilities include content creation, campaign management, market research, and analyzing metrics to refine approaches. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, enhancing digital presence through various platforms, and collaborating across teams to align communications with organizational objectives.

• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Digital Marketing
• Experience with Social Media Management, SEO, and Analytics Tools
• Competency in Public Relations, Media Planning, and Internal Communications
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• Experience in executive search, consulting, or professional services industries is a plus
