Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager

Key Deliverables:

1. Develop and optimize processes to improve fulfillment performance and enhance user experience.
2. Drive operational efficiency by leading business process improvements.
3. Own and track key operational metrics, collaborating with the operations team to ensure rigor.
4. Conduct data analysis to identify areas for continuous process improvement.

1. Engage with leadership during business updates and review meetings, ensuring alignment on key performance indicators.
2. Identify potential gaps in existing processes and work on solutions to fill them.
