Position - Senior Associate/Assistant Manager
Reports to - Manager
Location - 1 BKC, Mumbai
Summary
The position involves managing the legal, compliance and regulatory aspect of Group Companies. Will be involved in dealing with day-to-day corporate advisory of the overall Group. Also, responsible for smooth and speedy functioning of the Organisation.
- Company Secretarial:
- a) Assisting in Secretarial Compliance for all group entities , Organizing Board, General and Committee meetings, Drafting of resolutions, Preparation of Notices, Agendas, Minutes of the company meetings, etc.
- b) To ensure 100% compliances of the provision of the Secretarial Standards, Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under and any other statutes and by laws of the company, RBI, FEMA and allied laws.
- c) Liaising with external third-party consultant.
- d) Ensure compliance with various e-filling / ROC and other secretarial requirements. Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors of the company.
- Maintaining and Custodian of the record books under the company secretarial guidelines and companies Act, 2013.

Education & Work Experience
- a) CS with relevant or similar experience (Functional/Level).
- b) Minimum 2-3 years of experience.

- b) Excellent writing skills to be able to draft documents.
- c) Decision making ability.
- d) Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- e) Eye for detail and good analytical ability.
