YOUR MISSION:
Position Summary: Responsible for Collecting, Managing, Analysing, and Reporting business data to support decision-making across departments.
Reporting to: Team Head LFR and SIS
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate performance reports for internal usage – Sales, stock, markdown, growth, profitability
- Analyze business performance metrics – Sales productivity, Staff productivity
- Create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Extract, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and retail partner teams.
- Promotion communication to retail partners, track performance Vs promotion, maintain promotion calendar
- Manage PAN India sales staff data, sales staff incentive calculation, uniform planning and execution to staff

- Accuracy of reports
- Timelines of MIS delivery
- Data quality & integrity
- Data management Process simplification / ability to add small XL driven automations
