Job Description: Senior Associate / Analyst (G1L2/G2L1)
Department: Global Finance Contracts Audit CoE Location: Pune, India Work Hours: 7.00 AM 4.00 PM EST (extended hours during close week)
Position Summary: The associate will be a part of the Global Finance Contracts Audit CoE team within Pricing Team, working to support our three major stakeholders Compliance Solutions (CoSo), National Account Services (NAS) and Major Accounts Services (MAS), in ADP.
This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of requests through Group mailbox or Seibel Queues. This role will be asked to audit the contract and pricing changes in the system based on Contract document. The role also asks for other price related projects, reports and analysis as necessary and appropriate. The idea would be that a substantial portion of requests would be managed to support our service levels. The job profile includes daily telephonic / email conversations with our stakeholders, Sales Executives, service teams, MAS, NAS, CoSo Senior Leadership (Directors/Sr. Directors/VPs/CFO) that provides insights and strategic learnings to accomplish our aims and objectives.
The role requires the associate to be comfortable in working in ambiguous situations as the business requirements & trends are dynamic in nature and require out of the box solutions with below roles and responsibilities and is not limited to:
Provide solution to day-to-day requests / audit cases
Understanding pricing hierarchy and coordinating with sales reps / service team members and internal teams for price change requests, discrepancies or questions
Validate price change requests as per contract document and update new pricing into the system Processing various price change email requests

Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing data to identify eligible clients due for annual price increases Process various reports regarding price changes and modifications.
To ensure prompt email turnaround is maintained through the Outlook inboxes / Siebel system
Able to manage and process large amount of data in excel efficiently and accurately
Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the day-to-day responsibilities of the team
Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA (preferred) Basic Requirements:
2-5 years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in Contract Audit process is preferred
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Team player, acts with a sense of urgency and can work cross functionally across different teams
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements
Expertise with MS Excel and software tools like Oracle, CRM (Clarify/SIEBEL) Preferred Requirements:
Experience of having worked in a CoE environment in Pricing process
Experience in an operational / analytical role
Familiarity with financial metrics and calculations
