Investor Relations Associate: RFP/DDQ Specialist (Private Markets Focus)

Join a leading firm in the private markets sector seeking a skilled and dedicated Investor Relations Associate to support our Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end management of DDQ and RFP responses for institutional investors.

* Drafting, quality control, and finalization of high-stakes proposal documents.

* Day-to-day support for the Investor Relations (IR) team, including Content & platform management.

* Utilizing CRM and other proprietary IR tools to manage data and investor activity.

* Collaborating with your Manager to ensure best practices and quality output.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

* 4-5 years of relevant experience in an investment or financial services environment, with a strong focus on RFP/DDQ activities.

* Mandatory experience with Dasseti platform for content management and response generation.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

* Experience or strong familiarity with CRM tools for managing investor data.

* Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing/editing skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
