Extensive experience in Private Markets (VC, PE, Growth Equity, Alternatives) or related financial services domains.
Strong understanding of how private market processes work deal flow, workflows, reporting structure and team interactions.
Excellent process mapping skills, with ability to document, visualize and simplify complex workflows.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with structured thought processes.
Proven track record of independently managing and driving projects with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Power Apps Development
Strong handson experience with Canvas Apps and ModelDriven Apps
Proficiency in Power Fx formulas
UI/UX design skills for mobilefriendly apps
Experience with Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, and security roles
Power Pages (Portals)
Experience building and customizing Power Pages
Knowledge of web roles, page permissions, table permissions
Ability to customize using:
Liquid Templates
JavaScript
HTML/CSS
Managing Authentication and Identity Providers within Power Pages
Power Automate
Building automated flows (Scheduled, Instant, Cloud flows)
Integrating flows with Power Apps and external services
Error handling, retry policies, and governance
Working with JSON payloads, dynamic content, API responses

Experience integrating with:
SQL
SharePoint Online
Dynamics 365
Power BI Embedded
Teams
Ability to use standard connectors, premium connectors, and custom connectors
Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and data integration patterns
