• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CA Firm OR
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  
  

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate to handle accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, GST, TDS, and audit finalization, along with the ability to independently manage compliance and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare and finalize financial statements and accounts
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, compliance, and applicable regulations
• Prepare and file GST returns within timelines
• Process and manage GST refunds
• Perform GST reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audit finalization
• Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation laws
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation
  
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in Accounts Finalization
• Good knowledge of TDS provisions and compliance
• Practical experience in GST filing, refunds, and reconciliation
• Experience in audit handling and finalization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
