Senior Associate, Accounts and Finance

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The Senior Associate will assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and preparing management reports to guide decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, responding to finance-related queries, and contributing to process improvements within the Accounts and Finance function.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge with hands-on experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Relevant experience in accounts and finance within healthcare, clinical research, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and audit processes.
