About The Team

Lowe's Pro Supply is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lowe's Companies Inc primarily focused on serving the multi-family property management industry with maintenance, repair, and operating supplies. The business is experiencing rapid expansion and we are seeking an Account Service Representative.

Job Summary

The Accounts Service Representative must possess strong customer service skills and a good working knowledge of credit and accounts receivable. Knowledge includes, but not limited to processing credit applications, setting up accounts and maintaining account records. Strong organizational skills will be required to manage the flow of activities, tickets, property lists and credit applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Set up new accounts
  • Process account change requests
  • Responsible for responding to all inquiries within a turnaround time of 24 hours
  • Generate, assign, maintain, manage and resolve all Zendesk tickets
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Handle returned mail Scanning
  • Review/Approve ProCard Requests
  • Review and maintain property list as they are provided
  • Maintain strong communication with Outside sales reps, Customer Service and Management
  • Assist with audits
  • Handle data entry and general clerical tasks

Years Of Experience

Maximum 3 to 5 years of experience With 2 to 3 years in O2C with Customer Master Data is a must.

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.
