As a member of Precinct Planning and Development Department under Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO) , you will play a key role in shaping this ecosystem—bringing internal and community stakeholders together, coordinating initiatives, and integrating health and social support systems to enhance the delivery of community care and improve health of the population. Job Responsibilities

  • Track progress of Healthy Precinct projects for Western Region, including translation of strategies to implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop Healthy Precinct framework elements through close collaboration with respective leads, leading to successful conceptualisation and implementation of elements in the community.
  • Lead in development of Healthy Precincts with internal and external stakeholders; provide data insights and analysis to support implementation of Community Health Plans.
  • Conceptualise and manage pilot projects with internal and community stakeholders to enhance the health ecosystem in the precinct.
  • Undertake any other strategic projects, which may involve working with other departments in RHSO-Ops or other divisions/agencies, including leading and driving Secretariat work for various workgroups.

Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail and numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Pleasant personality and able to work well with others to foster buy-in and collaborations
  • Able to multi-task
