Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic business planning initiatives aimed at expanding diagnostics services. Collaborate on public and private business tenders, drafting proposals, pricing structures, and ensuring optimal service delivery. Work closely with diagnostics service leads to establish, implement, and uphold relevant policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor operational, business, and financial performance provide recommendations for improvements. Lead and participate in management-assigned projects and initiatives. Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Communications). Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous. Strong analytical and financial skills to identify issues, analyse variances, and recommend solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying key messages to diverse stakeholder groups. Strong skills in stakeholder management and negotiation. Strategic thinker with capabilities in project leadership and operations management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of additional tools such as MS Project, Access, Power BI, or Tableau being a plus.
