Senior/Assistant Director (Patient Financial Services) (Billing & Credit Mgt)

You will be accountable for the overall strategic oversight, governance, and performance management of the billing operations in Patient Financial Services (PFS) and across the hospital. The role ensures that all functional domains within PFS, including billing, revenue cycle management, training and capability development, and system transformation are aligned with organizational objectives and executed with strong operational discipline and financial integrity.

The incumbent is expected to exercise sound judgment and leadership in directing Senior Manager, reviewing operational performance, and guiding the implementation of policies, systems, and initiatives. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, strengthening internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

In addition, the role requires a comprehensive understanding of the department's organizational structure, interdependencies between teams, and the broader healthcare financing ecosystem.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Health Management, Finance or related fields
• Min 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare finance operations with leadership experience
• Strong experience in strategy, transformation, change management, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making
