We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable systems and contribute to the advancement of Centific's AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering: Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources (compute, storage, networking, databases, PaaS/IaaS, AKS, App Services). Integrate cloud, AI, and security components into cohesive, production-ready solutions.
AI, GenAI & Automation: Build and integrate AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI Service and other Microsoft AI platforms. Develop, fine-tune, and deploy GenAI models (e.g., GPT-4, Codex) for business scenarios. Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic solution stacks. Develop automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell, Python, Logic Apps, GitHub Actions) to streamline operations and accelerate delivery.
Identity, Security & Compliance: Implement and manage identity and access controls (Azure AD, RBAC, SSO). Support secure authentication/authorization and apply security best practices for cloud and AI workloads. Participate in vulnerability analysis, incident response, and remediation of security bugs.
Data, Dashboarding & Application Development: Rapidly prototype and iterate on user interfaces for tools and dashboards (web or desktop) using frameworks like React, Angular, Streamlit, or Django. Extract and analyze data from sources like KQL, SQL, cloud storage, and APIs. Ensure reporting and analysis accuracy; deliver rapid PoCs using open source or Microsoft tools.
Collaboration, Growth & Best Practices: Work closely with world-class researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver secure, innovative solutions. Author technical documentation, runbooks, and guidelines. Demonstrate adaptability, rapid iteration, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Champion automation, secure coding, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Above 3 years of experience in software/cloud/AI engineering roles.
Strong experience in ASP.NET and C#.
Hands-on experience with Azure resource management, automation, and monitoring.
Familiarity with GenAI systems (e.g., GPT-4, Azure OpenAI Service), prompt engineering, and AI integration.
Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
Proficiency in any programming language, preferably Python or C#.
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or cloud platforms such as Azure.
Familiarity with visualization APIs like Streamlit or similar tools for dashboard creation.
Solid understanding of REST APIs.
Understanding of identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), RBAC, and security best practices.
Ability to quickly prototype UIs (React, Angular, or similar).
Strong teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated adaptability and comfort working amid ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Ability to rapidly iterate, learn from feedback, and refine solutions to meet dynamic business needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in addressing challenges with limited direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance/security platforms.
Familiarity with Copilot, Security Copilot, or AI-driven security automation.
Basic knowledge of statistical and ML methods: regression, classification, and clustering.
Experience with GenAI models, RAG systems, and their applications.
Basic understanding of DL/ML and NLP.
Knowledge of agentic solution stack.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect).
